Return Policy

At Talatum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not in love with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund to your original payment method (please note: final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable).

Return Request: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request through our Returns Portal.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and free of stains or odors. All tags must remain attached and the item must be in its original packaging. Any alterations will void the return eligibility.

Return Shipping: Please ship your item back within 14 days of submitting your return request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns shipped late will qualify for store credit only.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved after inspection, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days at customer service hello.talatum@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Return Fees: Return fee may be deducted from your refund.
